Keeffe and the Bees

My son and his bandmates 'Keeffe and the bees' have just recorded their first CD and it is just great! What a talented group of individuals and such a beautiful voice Bonnie!

Current and Future Projects

I am currently working on a book celebrating my Mother's cooking and our ancient family olive grove in Cyprus.

My book will include a great selection of recipes, and chapters on the history and folklore of the olive, it's many culinary uses and health benefits.

I will be using both paintings and photographs to illustrate my book.
