I painted this portrait of Rachel Elnaugh after meeting her last September on one of her fantastic masterclasses. A very inspiring, creative, generous person, who is not afraid of showing vulnerability. She is a wonderful source of knowledge and inspiration.

Current and Future Projects

I am currently working on a book celebrating my Mother's cooking and our ancient family olive grove in Cyprus.

My book will include a great selection of recipes, and chapters on the history and folklore of the olive, it's many culinary uses and health benefits.

I will be using both paintings and photographs to illustrate my book.
