Testimonials
Your picture spoke to me of joyous plants in full bloom, healthy and happy as they bask in the energizing force of the light. This is where all life form thrives. I love the way you interpret the darkness of the night also, as it is in the dark that we truly find the light in its most powerful.

'The whole family were thrilled with Hani's portrait of our two dogs, Barney and Smudge. She has managed to capture their personalities perfectly, even down to the twinkle in their eyes!'
Julie, Worcesteshire.
This was my first time purchasing an original painting, so imagine my delight when I received my two. I was astonished not just at how good they were and the quality, but how Hani captured their spirit. I was so pleased with my first two, that I have commissioned another painting from Hani.
Mandy, Oldbury.
'This is Hani’s portrait of my Bernese Mountain dog, Tilly. She’s really captured Tilly’s personality, together with the softness of her muzzle and the slightly doleful expression she has when she’s excluded from meeting-and-greeting visitors to the gallery, and all against the background of Tilly’s favourite dog-walking place – the Malvern Hills'
Sue, Cradley.
'I am delighted with the way Hani has captured Polar’s essence and prettiness, and the bright background is a perfect foil for her lovely white coat. I am very impressed by the result, and can’t wait to have it hanging in my home'
Hanna. Surrey.
'Friends of ours commissioned a drawing of our two dogs Meg and Molly as an anniversary gift – ours not the dogs!We were overwhelmed by the result which captures them both so beautifully it caused my wife to cry. Your work is outstanding. Thank you'
Mike and Lorraine, Bucks.

'After my beloved husband died I wanted something to represent the love we had for each other.I am so delighted with Hani's painting which to me captures the very essence of eternal love in the widest sense and I shall always treasure it'
My name is Hani O’Keeffe, I was born in Cyprus in 1956. I grew up in London but now live in Worcestershire with my Husband and two Children.
Having decided at the age of five that I was going to be an Artist, I initially worked as a Freelance Illustrator, for clients in Publishing, Design and Advertising, but have now returned to painting.
I work from my garden studio, near Malvern, on a variety of commissions and paintings for exhibitions.
I paint in acrylic paint on canvas, in a free and expressive style, using pastels on paper to develop ideas first. Like every Artist, I have my own way of looking at the world around me, and work hard to develop the personal visual language that will help me express this as fluently and honestly as possible. Colour is very important to me, just like musical notes, it can connect with and heighten our emotions.
